  • The room cleaning fee is the cost incurred at the time of contract.
  • The deposit will be refunded to your bank account after leaving the dormitory if there is no problem. The transfer fee is your responsibility.
  • Your room will be checked before you leave the dormitory, and there might be an additional room cleaning charge required if we find any damaged or lost items.

  • It is necessary to contract with Kansai Electric Power Co.,Ltd. directly.(some dormitories)
