Your room will be checked before you leave the dormitory, and there might be an additional room cleaning charge required if we find any damaged or lost items.

Even if you have applied at the current rate, the revised price may apply depending on the time of renewal.
Room Cleaning Charged will be requireed to more than 90 days stay.
Contract period should be from 30 days to 90 days.
Full oayment of your stay should be made before you move in.
